Q. I cannot login to my account.
A. This could be for two reasons:
1. This is a new website, therefore, your old account information did not transfer over and you will have to create a new account.
2. Make sure you are using the email address and correct password you originally used to setup your account. (If you need to update your login email address, you may do so once you are logged into your account. Go to the "My Account" section and click on the "View or change my account information" link to update your email address, then click "Continue" to save.

Q. I cannot remember my password.
A. When you are attempting to login under the "Returning Customer" section, there is "Password forgotten? Click here" link. Provide your email address and you will be sent a temporary password to the email you provide, enabling you to log in. Once you are logged in and want to change your password, go to the "My Account" section and select the "Change my account password" link. Then select "Continue" to save your new password.

Q. Why doesn’t my Book Club discount show on my order?
A. If you are a Book Club member, make sure to login before placing your order. Once you are logged in under your account, the website will recognize you as a Book Club member and show the products at your Book Club discount.

Q. How do I pay my bill online?
A. You will first have to create an online customer account if you have not already done so. Once you have set up your account, go to the "My Account" section, select the "Pay my Bill" link and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Q. What should I do if I am not sure my order went through or my credit card was processed?

Q. I don’t live in North America. Are there bookstores abroad that carry RFPA publications?
A. Yes, the Covenant PRC Bookstore in Northern Ireland carries most of the RFPA publications. Please visit their site and order directly from them to save on international shipping. The Wellington Protestant Reformed Fellowship in New Zealand also carries many of the RFPA publications. Please visit their site for more information.

Q. Is it possible to arrange to pick up my order to avoid a shipping charge?
A. Absolutely. If you would rather pick up your order than have it shipped, please check the appropriate box on the check-out page and call the RFPA office at 616.457.5970 to arrange for a time for pick-up.

Q. Does the RFPA carry any Christian fiction?
A. At this time, the RFPA does not carry any Christian fiction. All of the RFPA publications are non-fiction, educational, or theological in nature.
